I am the owner of a Multimedia company that deals mainly in film, dvd, and gaming distribution... We are currently in pre and post production for some film and games, overseas and in the U.S....
We hire full time workers, as well as freelancers for filming, gaming, and special effects... For freelancers starting out; we usually do exclusive contracts for at least 6-9 months with an early completion bonus. If everything works out for both parties; we will offer more, and better contracts for future works. We are very flexible with time frames , pay negotiation, bonuses, and will always reference artist/s for any of their works... We are very employee and freelance driven....
